We are seeking a Scheduler to join our existing scheduling team in Claydon. What You'll Be Doing
As a Scheduler, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of service engineers and tanker drivers across East Anglia. Your role will include:
* Handling bookings via phone and email from clients and other stakeholders.
* Liaising with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.
* Communicating effectively with schedulers and team members on the progress of work.
* Managing a fast-paced workload and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Work as part of an established scheduling team, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order processing for service engineers and drivers.
* Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues, providing clear communication throughout the scheduling process.
* Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
* Participate in team meetings and continuous training as required.
* Demonstrate a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
* Eligibility: Eligible to work in the UK.

* Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—and effective use of email and work instructions.
* Experience in scheduling and working within a fast-paced environment.
* IT proficiency with the ability to manage data and communicate effectively using computer systems.

* Multi-tasking, prioritisation, and time management skills to manage workloads efficiently.
* Experience Preferred:
* Previous experience in the wastewater industry.
* Familiarity with vacuum tankers and associated regulations (Driver's hours, Vosa, working hours).
* Full UK driving licence (preferred).

Working Environment
You will primarily be based at our Claydon office, working closely with the scheduling team to manage bookings and service operations. This role requires a high level of professionalism and the ability to work autonomously when needed.
