Business Development Manager

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of a busy, opportunity-rich territory covering Kent & South East. Selling into a wide range of SMEs, you'll offer high-performance national and international parcel delivery solutions backed by best-in-class tracking, technology, and operational support.

As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be new business - running the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close. With full autonomy over your region, you'll be booking and attending 10+ meetings per week. You'll be working with key decision-makers, including Heads of Operations and Directors, delivering tailored solutions that solve real commercial challenges.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on momentum, and takes pride in building relationships that stick. You'll be joining a high-energy team that values effort, collaboration, and commercial results.

Requirements:
To be considered for the Business Development Manager role:

6. At least 2 years of B2B new business sales experience (logistics experience preferred)
7. Full 360 sales cycle experience - from prospecting to closing
8. Able to sell into SMEs with a solution-led approach
9. Strong communicator, motivated by targets and progress
10. Energetic, driven, and proactive in building your pipeline

The Package for Business Development Manager:

11. Basic salary: £45K-£47K
12. OTE: £65K-£70K in year one, rising to £80K+ year two
13. Monthly commission, quarterly bonuses, and annual incentive schemes
14. 25 days holiday + bank holidays
15. Laptop, mobile, pension
16. Car allowance
17. Field-based role with full autonomy over Kent & South East
