Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Retail and Visitor Experience Manager to lead our front-of-house and retail operations. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the customer journey, generating sustainable income, and delivering financial results through strategic retail management and an exceptional visitor experience. The role includes managing a high-performing team and ensuring the seamless integration of systems and practices that support Tullie’s goals. This position comes at an exciting time in Tullie’s history as we advance our capital development project. The successful candidate will play a key role in celebrating these new spaces and ensuring the smooth running of operations.
