The Role From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and consistent caseload, including:
* Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Advising on remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
* Conducting title checks, searches, and reporting to clients
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
* Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
