Our client is one of the UK’s most respected leading national contract caterer, recognised for delivering exceptional food and service; and is recruiting General Manager for a prestigious multi outlet commercial operation in Central London.
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the overall food and beverage operation across multiple outlets, including public restaurant dining and cafés, as well as internal hospitality and dining services.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service standards. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, leading and developing teams, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the day-to-day management of public restaurants, cafés, and internal hospitality and dining operations
* Maintaining exceptional standards of food, service, and presentation
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Managing financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiencies
