# Developer Contributions Support Officer## Job IntroductionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who will work as part of a team to assist in the collection and delivery of developer contributions. Developer contributions secured by Bradford Council are then used to improve, enhance and deliver infrastructure across the district. Such infrastructure can include new roads, new play and recreation areas, increasing education places by extending existing schools, promoting sustainable travel through the use of public transport or electric vehicles and the provision of new public realm. As Support Officer (Developer Contributions) you will support the Planning Obligations Monitoring Officer to ensure the collection and compliance of developer contributions secured through Section 106 Agreements, the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and under the Habitat Regulations in a timely and accurate manner.This is an exciting time for Bradford Council as we are seeing major investment in our transport infrastructure, including rail, tram, bus, cycling and urban realm in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority. Working within the team responsible for helping to deliver this investment, this role will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of both financial and non-financial developer contributions secured at the time of grant of planning permission.**The varied workload will include:*** Accurately maintaining the Uniform database to ensure all records are accurate and up to date* Responsibility for the daily monitoring of developments* Issuing documentation regarding the confirmation of payments to be made and also raising requests for payments due* Assisting in collating information for annual reports, including the Infrastructure Funding StatementYou will be able to converse verbally and in writing with council staff, partners, the public and elected Members.
