What you'll be doing:
* Leading a team of mechanical technicians to ensure optimal plant availability
* Planning and executing preventative and corrective maintenance activities
* Supervising contractors and managing third-party relationships
* Developing and implementing the site's Computerised Maintenance Management System
* Collaborating with operations to assess and improve plant performance
What we want from you:
* HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering
* 5+ years' leadership experience in mechanical maintenance
* Knowledge of PSSR, LOLER, PUWER regulations
* Experience with equipment like boilers, turbines, pumps, and conveyors
* Background in power generation, petrochemical, or oil & gas sectors
