Vehicle Service Manager - Gloucester
1. Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum with a bonus scheme providing an uncapped earning potential of up to £50,000+ per annum.
2. Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pm.

Our client, a large multi-franchise-approved car dealer group operating since 1994, is currently looking to recruit a Service Manager to join one of their Gloucester dealerships and drive it forward.
Reporting to the Group Service Director and responsible for a team of 4 Vehicle Technicians, 2 Service Advisors, and 2 Apprentices, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional service operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.
The successful Service Manager will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Gloucester and ideally have strong recent or current experience working as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a small to medium franchise-approved car dealership.
Our client is also very open to considering Service Managers with strong experience at a supervisory/assistant management level within a franchise-approved car dealership, looking to take the next step in their career.
You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation.
You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
