Responsibilities
* Ensure educational strategies are consistent across multiple rooms.
* Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs.
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders, promoting a collaborative high‑performing team.
* Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, adapting to support additional needs.
* Foster strong relationships with parents and keep them informed of child development.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols across the centre.
Ideal Candidate
* Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
* Experience in an early years setting with supervisory or leadership experience, ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner.
* Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
