Temporary Front of House Administrator

An established organisation in the public sector is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant tojoin their team on a part:time basis. This is a temporary position foran initial 5 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The organisation isbased in the Dunkeld area, and would start immediately.
Your new role
In this role youwill provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running ofdaily operations. You will work closely with the wider team to maintainaccurate records, manage routine processes and support the efficient deliveryof key administrative functions.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing reception duties, including answering calls, welcoming visitors, coordinating mail and overseeing central diaries, room bookings and transport. Coordinating meetings of internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meeting rooms. Maintaining secure databases, updating sensitive information and logging notes. Supporting general office administration.
What youll need to succeed
To thrive in thisrole, you will bring:
Experience in previous administrative roles. Great communication and organisational skills. The ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a team. A high level of professionalism, reliability and confidentiality. Strong IT capability, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
