A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Sister / Charge Nurse in the Endoscopy Unit at Glangwili General Hospital.
This is a full-time post, with a flexible approach to a six-day working week and includes an Out of Hours On Call rota.
Main duties of the job
* The successful applicant will have endoscopy experience and be an enthusiastic team member, with effective organisational and communication skills.
* The post involves caring for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures, taking charge of the unit, maintaining standards, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
* Assist in developing all aspects of the endoscopy service, aligning with Health Board strategies, and working towards maintaining JAG accreditation.
* Proficiency in Welsh is desirable; applications from English and Welsh speakers are equally welcome.
