CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Commercial Property - Solicitor or Experienced Paralegal
Role Overview:
Advise on commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
Conduct due diligence and draft transaction documents
Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties throughout deals
Requirements:
2+ years PQE in Commercial Property (or equivalent)
Strong client care and communication skills
Ability to manage files with autonomy
Secured Lending - Solicitor or Experienced Paralegal
Role Overview:
Act on behalf of lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions
Advise on facility agreements, legal charges, and other security documentation
Conduct title reviews, manage conditions precedent, and handle completions
Requirements:
Experience in secured lending or banking and finance law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage high-volume transactional work accurately and efficiently
Trainee Solicitor
Role Overview:
Work across a range of practice areas, including property, litigation, and employment
Receive structured training and direct mentorship from senior lawyers
Build client-facing skills and legal expertise in a hands-on environment
Requirements:
Completed LPC or SQE Part 1 (preferred)
Strong academic background and genuine interest in business and property law
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
