We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Travel Advisor with a passion for travel to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate personalized services and address clients' needs throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.
Responsibilities
* Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring all travel-related inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly
* Collaborate with travel advisors to create and enhance personalized itineraries, ensuring all details meet client expectations
* Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and activity providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients
* Proactively monitor client travel plans, resolving issues such as delays, cancellations, or itinerary adjustments
* Communicate updates, confirmations, and travel documentation to clients in a timely manner
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the travel experience
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and special requests
* Assist in planning group travel, corporate events, and destination trips to meet client goals
Qualifications
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* A passion for travel and creating positive experiences for clients
* Familiarity with travel booking systems or willingness to learn
* Prior experience in travel coordination, customer service, or hospitality is preferred
