About the Role
Excel Housing Solutions is looking for a Daytime Recovery Support Worker to join the team. The successful candidate will work in partnership with statutory agencies to reduce the risk of homelessness, health issues, and offending; you will be providing support to clients.
Our goal is to offer support to optimise positive outcomes for clients and minimise evictions, by using a restorative approach that focuses on resolving conflicts and fostering positive relationships.
The ideal candidate should be organised, flexible, and capable of managing client-related situations. We seek innovative, assertive individuals with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in this role is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, effective communication with clients in a focused and solution-oriented manner is essential.
