What you'll be doing
* Owning end-to-end production of content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads
* Generating creative ideas based on social trends, brand goals, and campaign briefs
* Filming me, our products, recipes, and behind-the-scenes moments
* Editing short-form videos optimised for engagement and conversions
* Creating ad variations for A/B testing and performance optimisation
* Managing posting schedules and maintaining a content library
* Coordinating small shoots and occasionally booking freelancers for bigger productions
What I'm looking for
* Proven experience filming and editing high-performing social-first content (portfolio required)
* Confident in directing non-actors/founders on camera
* Skilled in editing vertical video with strong storytelling and hook placement
* Knowledge of adapting creative for both organic and paid ads
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
* Up-to-date on social platform trends and content formats
Nice-to-haves
* Motion graphics / After Effects skills
* Experience with food, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand content
* Experience managing other creatives or freelancers
Package & Perks
* £40k–£50k (5 days/week) or £32k–£40k (4 days/week) depending on experience
