A new exciting chef driven Asian concept is expanding its presence in London, currently operating from a high footfall site in Kings Cross - one of the city's busiest travel and retail hubs. They are looking for a talented Head Chef to lead their kitchen, own their menu development and grow with them. They are currently in the process of hiring a new leadership team ahead of their expansion.

The Role
This is a hands on, creative position at the heart of a growing brand. Based full time in Kings Cross, you'll lead daily production whilst driving new product development across a hot and cold menu. Authenticity is everything, you'll be the guardian of the recipes, ensuring every product is consistent, scalable, and true to Asian culinary tradition.
You'll manage a small onsite kitchen team and collaborate closely with a wider team spanning operations, quality, and brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all day to day kitchen operations at a busy city centre site
Own NPD across hot and cold menu items, balancing innovation with authenticity
Develop and maintain recipes that are scalable across future locations
Ensure daily fresh production meets quality, shelf life, and food safety standards
Manage and mentor onsite kitchen staff including a Junior Chef
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to drive consistency and efficiency
Adapt recipes for high volume output without compromising on quality
About You
Expertise in Korean fried chicken and Korean cuisine more broadly
A natural leader who takes pride in bringing a team along with them
Proven NPD experience in a fast paced, high volume environment
Comfortable with early starts and the pace of a busy city centre environment
Highly organised, with a sharp eye for food safety, shelf-life, and quality control
