Who We’re Looking For

* Relevant professional qualification such as qualified member of the Chartered Governance Institute, lawyer or accountant.
* Proven experience as an Assistant Company Secretary or Company Secretarial Assistant within a PLC environment, ideally operating on a global basis.
* Demonstrable experience of share plan administration in a global environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the enthusiasm and confidence to deal with senior leadership.
* Strong organisational skills with ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands.
* Collaborative, curious and solutions focused.
* Tech savvy with an interest in using technology and AI to improve processes.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading the administration and annual cycle of the Company’s share plans.
* Act as Secretary to a selected Board Committee and provide support for Board and Committee meetings.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including UK listing rules and MAR.
* Support the delivery of the Annual Report and the AGM.
