We are seeking talented and experienced Proposal Manager/Bid Writers to take ownership of high-quality, client-focused tender submissions within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate value, innovation, and strategic alignment with client requirements.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end position that combines bid strategy, content development, stakeholder engagement, and submission oversight. You'll work closely with operational and subject matter experts to develop tailored, persuasive proposals that stand out in competitive tendering environments.
