About the Role:
We're partnering with a forward-thinking building consultancy based in SE1, London, looking to expand their team. The firm advises major clients across mid to high-end residential projects, offering a variety of complex and engaging work. What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing dilapidations projects for both landlords and tenants.
* Leading contract administration instructions and monitoring works
* Conducting detailed condition surveys and providing practical advice on building defects.
* Supporting colleagues on technical due diligence, lease advice, and other general surveying matters.
* Building strong client relationships, with autonomy and exposure to high-profile projects.
Who We're Looking For:
* MRICS-qualified Associate Building Surveyor
* Strong technical experience in dilapidations, contract administration and condition surveys.
* Confident in reporting and client engagement.
* Residential-focused experience and a proactive, ambitious approach to professional growth.
