Join a pioneering quantum computing company as Staff Analog IC Design Engineer. Oxford-based, this role offers a hybrid working model and very attractive package. This world-leading technology company is building the next generation of quantum computing systems, tackling problems beyond the reach of today’s supercomputers. For their growing team they seek a Staff Analog IC Design Engineer to drive the development of essential analog electronics for Quantum Processor Units (QPUs), the central technology underpinning quantum computers. This role centres on the design and development of complex analog integrated circuits, including amplifiers, filters, ADCs/DACs, and mixed-signal interfaces, optimized for the stringent performance requirements of quantum systems. As the right candidate, you will be: Highly experienced in analog IC design, with a track record of delivering high-performance designs in fast-paced environment Comfortable designing amplifiers, precision filters, with strong mixed-signal expertise (ADCs/DACs) Knowledgeable in semiconductor devices and their applications in analogue circuits An ability to bridge theory, simulation, and real-world hardware You can expect continuous opportunities and constant challenges, working on frontier technology that’s already deployed in real-world research environments. An excellent package is on offer, including a competitive basic salary, bonus plan and stock unit scheme. If you’re looking to be part of something transformative, I’d love to hear from you.
