Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.
The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with one in every three Saturdays from 08:30 to 13:00. The role is based on an average 41-hour working week. To accommodate this schedule, the successful candidate will be entitled to one weekday off every other week. This means you will receive 26 extra days off per year.
Excellent basic salary plus benefits with a bonus OTE of £33,500.
You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload
2. Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.
3. Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow-up calls.
