Office Administrator | Knowsley Village | Full Time | £30,000–£35,000 per annum DOE

Do you love keeping things organised and making a real impact?

Our client is a well-established electrical design and installation contractor based in Knowsley Village, known for delivering high quality bespoke solutions across a wide range of electrical projects. With decades of experience working on diverse installations including lighting, power and fire detection predominantly within entertainment venues, they pride themselves on value, quality and have established long lasting client relationships.

Due to retirement, they are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day office activities.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using Sage50 accounting system
• Experience with CIS verification and payments
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• High level of attention to detail
• Professional and friendly manner

What will your role look like?

• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assisting with bookkeeping and invoicing
• Processing CIS verification and payments
• Maintaining electronic and paper-based filing systems
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers
• Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
