Santander Corporate & Commercial Banking (SCCB) is Santander's UK division that supports some of the world's most complex and sophisticated corporate and institutional clients, offering customized services and value-added wholesale products to best meet their needs. The difference you'll make: Helping design, build and implement next generation insights to support Data Driven Operations, ExCo Reporting, Business Intelligence, etc Collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to understand requirements and address data-related issues or questions. Creating information for the BI tool and describe the contents of the data warehouse and metadata Analysing current operations and improve tools, processes, and systems Reviewing functional & non-functional requirements with the Business Analysts, Product Owners, Functional & Technical Architectures to define, document & deliver the best solution. Planning and liaising with all stakeholders to support the implementation of data programs. What you'll bring: Experience in BI tools and BI systems, such as Power BI, Tableau, etc., agile methodologies, Jira Confluence tools and Salesforce CRM and CRM analytics Working knowledge of building, optimizing, and operating data models (performance and usability, relationships, cardinality, directionality) and understanding of database management systems It would also be nice for you to have: Task management skills Experience working in Financial Services Experience with continuous delivery practices Knowledge of Cloud tools like AWS, Snowflake, etc. What else you need to know: We want our people to thrive at work and home, and we recognise that many people benefit from flexible arrangements. This role is a 24-month fixed term contract and can be based in any of our Head Office sites (Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Bradford, Sheffield and London) and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.
