The organisation is a charity which runs an Ofsted Outstanding Independent Specialist College, registered Care Home, a mental health and employment service, an Alternative Provision school in addition to other bespoke services aimed at improving learning outcomes and the lives of supported individuals. Based within the woodland setting, the successful post holder will be responsible for securing funding from trusts, foundations and other grant makers to support the charity's capital and revenue projects, with a targeted income flow to underpin vital projects and improvements. The person will also conduct all associated internal and external reporting relating to to funding in line with budgets and forecasts. Working closely with the Fundraising Team Leader and other team members, collaboration is an essential personal characteristic. The post requires the establishment of well-researched and sustainable pipelines to support capital and revenue projects, essential for the continued progression and development of services provided for learner development.
