The role:

The Partner Finance team create an efficient marketplace for Partners (our financial advisers) to grow and realise the value of their business whilst ensuring good client outcomes.

Your role will be to take ownership of, and coordinate, a range of Partner Finance transactions from allocation to completion in an efficient manner, resolving any issues identified. You’ll deliver a high-quality service to the Partnership, demonstrating clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

1. Take responsibility for managing a caseload of around 10-15 transactions, ensuring delivery within appropriate SLA’s and agreed risk/control quality framework.
2. Provide support for 6-months post-completion.
3. Responsible for ensuring the Partnership receive an effective and relevant level of service including regular and clear communications.
4. Commitment to building subject matter expertise on the Business Sale and Purchase (“BSP”) proposition, lending policies, loan structuring and a range of Partner Finance transactions.
5. Liaise with our Legal dept and solicitors for specialist advice when required.
6. You’ll work collaboratively with the wider Partner Finance division, in particular colleagues in Consultancy, New Lending and Operations.

Essential Criteria

7. Experience of delivering business critical tasks in a related industry/subject (preferably within Financial Services).
8. High levels of empathy, resilience and diplomacy when dealing with a range of parties.
9. The ability to build and influence a strong internal and external network is essential; including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Able to provide clear and effective communication with range of seniority and skillsets within the Partner Finance division and Field Management Team (FMT).
11. Proficient in handling competing priorities; demonstrating effective planning, organisation and delivery skills applied to daily workloads.
12. Effective in working one-to-one with Partners as well as strong team collaboration skills.
13. Relevant experience may include candidates with experience as mortgage advisers, banking or specialist customer/client liaison roles.
14. IT savvy with the ability to use a range of systems/tools effectively.
