Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will represent the brand's image and values on the front line, fully responsible for managing store operations and the team. You will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and promote the development of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the store team, aligning passion for the business and the brand.
* Drive sales strategies and achieve commercial objectives, engaging the team through action plans and maintaining brand excellence.
* Ensure the store complies with and implements visual guidelines in line with the brand image.
* Deliver outstanding customer experience, attracting and retaining customers with meticulous attention to detail.
* Maintain administrative management, including inventory, stock, cash handling, and daily reporting.

Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fashion retail.
* English speaker; additional languages are a plus.
* Proven leadership skills—able to motivate and guide teams toward goals.
* Commercial profile, results‑oriented, and focused on customer experience.
* Excellent operational management with attention to detail and process efficiency.
