Your new role Property & Estate Management
1. Oversee the full operational management of ultra‑prime residential properties (occupied, vacant, and under refurbishment).
2. Act as the primary point of contact for UHNW owners, residents, and their representatives.
3. Coordinate and manage all planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring exceptional standards and minimal disruption.
4. Procure, oversee, and evaluate premium service suppliers (concierge, security, housekeeping, landscapers, maintenance contractors).
5. Conduct regular property inspections, reporting on condition, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Managepliance, H&S, fire safety, and statutory requirements across the portfolio.
Financial &mercial Management
7. Prepare and manage annual service charge and operating budgets.
8. Oversee invoice management, financial tracking, and expenditure reporting.
9. Negotiate supplier contracts to ensurepetitive pricing while maintaining ultra‑prime quality.
Resident, Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management
10. Deliver a world‑class service experience aligned with UHNW expectations.
11. Handle queries promptly, discreetly, and professionally.
12. Liaise with legal advisors, asset managers, family offices, and external consultants.
Asset Management Exposure
13. Support the asset management function with:Performance monitoring, benchmarking and reporting.CAPEX planning, refurbishment oversight, and cost–benefit analysis.Identifying opportunities to enhance asset value, rental performance, and operational efficiency.Supporting lettings, acquisitions, and disposals where required.
14. Contribute to strategic decision-making around portfolio optimisation and long‑term investment planning.
What you'll need to succeed Skills & Experience Required
15. Proven experience managing prime or super‑prime residential properties in London.
16. Background in client-side, HNW/UHNW, family office, or high-end residential portfolios (or high-end agency/property management with client exposure).
17. Strong understanding of UK residentialpliance, building operations, fire safety, and statutory obligations.
18. Excellentmunication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
19. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
20. Ability to work autonomously and manage multipleplex properties simultaneously.
21. Professional qualifications (, ARLA, IRPM, RICS) beneficial but not essential.
