Role overview
Sales Colleague at Currys, Dorchester – Permanent, Part Time. 8–15 hours per week with flexibility. Pay £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (raising to £13.01 after probation). Train with a two‑to‑three‑day induction to gain skills for selling, serving and supporting customers. Store open 7 days a week, 9 am–8 pm, with Saturday and Sunday shifts.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute to the overall sales performance of the store.
* Work across different departments and product ranges.
* Support the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keen to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
* A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.
