Join us as a Relationship Management Executive, where you will build, nurture and retain strong relationships across a portfolio of business customers. Acting as the key link between our organisation's services and the evolving needs of our clients, you will ensure long‑term satisfaction, revenue retention and successful contract renewals. You will work closely with clients through regular engagement, site visits and issue resolution while also providing essential administrative, operational and analytical support to the wider sales team, paving the way for mutual and sustainable success. Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications: Extensive relationship management experience, with a strong track record of managing and retaining a portfolio of customers. Ability to adapt to different levels of stakeholder management. Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts. Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B interactions. Previous experience within the payments industry. Knowledge of scheme regulations. Purpose of the role To provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales processes, maintenance of customer relationships, and contribution to the overall success of the sales function. Accountabilities Provision of support to sales teams including administrative support through the maintenance and preparation of sales reports and customer databases, the creation of marketing collateral such as product brochures, and relationship manage initiatives with key clients. Preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients. Management of customer information and enquiry/issue resolutions, including the tracking of customer interactions, and accurate maintenance of customer records. Coordination with various internal departments, such as operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and timely delivery of products or services to customers. Analysis of sales data to support the identification of trends, tracking of sales performance, and provision of insights to the sales team for strategic decision-making. Market research for identification of potential leads, target markets, and competitive intelligence to support sales strategies and initiatives.
