Health Care Assistant (Days) Location: Haywards Heath Hours: 36 hours per week Pay Rate: £12.45 per hour Service Type: Residential Care | Nursing Care | Dementia Care About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join a warm and supportive care home in Haywards Heath. This is a days‑only position offering 36 hours per week within a well‑established service providing residential, nursing and dementia care. You will play a key role in supporting residents with their daily needs, promoting dignity, independence and high‑quality person‑centred care.
