Hertfordshire Council are recruiting for a number of Experienced Social Worker's to join their Children's Services.
+ £5,000 p/a market enhanced payment plus £1,000 one off welcome payment

About the role:
Each Team is made up of; a Team Manager, Consultant Social Worker(s), Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, Children's Practitioners and Family Practitioners.
We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join one of the following teams:
1. Family Safeguarding
2. 0-25 Disability Service (Adults & Childrens)
3. Specialist Adolescent Services Hertfordshire (SASH)
About you
It is essential that all Social Workers who apply have the following:
4. Qualified and Social Work England Registered
5. At least 1 years post ASYE experience
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. Knowledge of legislation, guidance, policy, and procedures
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft IT package
9. Full UK Driving Licence
10. Regular Access to a vehicle
In addition to the above, below outlines team specific essential criteria:
Family Safeguarding :
11. Experience of care planning, assessments and reviews.
12. Deliver welfare reports to conferences and court hearings
0-25 Disability Service
13. Ability to complete robust assessments & to assess risk
14. Ability to work in a relationship-based way
