Client Director - Workforce Solutions Location: 80% travel across the UK Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: Base salary of £60k-£80k (depending on experience) Bonus Benefits (including car allowance) We are seeking a strategic and experienced Client Director to lead the growth of a key staffing solutions contract. This newly created role reports directly to the Managing Director of RTS Workforce Solutions and is central to strengthening client partnerships, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.
