Benefits Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) 23 days annual leave Office based working Employee discount platform Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment Professional development and career growth opportunities R esponsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet analysis, supported by clear schedules and reconciliations Deliver the month-end close process, ensuring all journals, accruals, and prepayments are complete and accurate Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial integrity Produce detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, providing clear commentary on key movements Provide financial insight and analysis to operational and non-finance stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making and cost control Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information across the business Support internal and external audit requirements, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to queries. Qualifications Part or fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Strong organisational skills with experience in administration and planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Proficiency in IT and relevant financial software. Exceptional time management and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
