Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health challenges and learning disabilities? Do you have the resilience, empathy, and non-judgmental approach needed to help people live fulfilling lives? If so, we'd love to hear from you!, At Bisley Drive, we support people within a 7-bedroom respite short break service for adults with learning disabilities.

Support Provided may include:

Tending to all aspects of daily living, including personal care

Domestic Household Support (cooking, cleaning, and maintaining the home)

Support with budgeting and finances

Social Support, helping to engage in community and social activities

Family Support, assisting families in maintaining relationships

Medication Support

Liaison with Health Professionals and Social Care Professionals to ensure holistic care

In-house and out-of-house activities, including assisting with outings and interests

While previous experience is desirable, we provide full training to help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Relief hours available - Various shift patterns including days, evenings, nights, weekends and sleep overs., Please ensure you check your email regularly (including junk/spam folders) for updates on your application.

We are looking for individuals who are not only experienced but also share a genuine interest in mental health and learning disabilities. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

A resilient and open-minded approach to supporting others
Strong communication skills with a non-judgmental attitude
Ability to assist with a variety of tasks, including personal care, domestic services, and community support
A passion for empowering people we support to live independently and achieve their goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care
