Join our Information Systems team for a Year in Industry placement and gain hands-on experience across business analysis, value management, solution architecture, and change management. You’ll support live projects by mapping processes, gathering requirements, analysing data, and helping to realise business value. Working in a hybrid model from our Cheltenham office, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic initiatives, and even explore how AI can enhance our services. Our Year in Industry Programme is based in Cheltenham, UK at Spirax Sarco, part of our Steam Specialties Business. We have a range of 12‑Month placements available for you to experience a full year in the following areas:

Eligibility & requirements
*applicants must be taking part in an agreed University placement scheme & have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship, full-time, for the duration of the 12-month placement (July 2026 until July 2027).
