About the Role:
As an Early Years Support Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced practitioners to support the daily routines and learning experiences of children aged 0–5. This hands-on role includes helping with activities, supporting meal and nap times, and encouraging independence through play and exploration.
You’ll build strong, trusting relationships with the children, play alongside them, and contribute to their social, emotional, and developmental growth.
We are looking for:
-A genuine passion for working with young children
-A caring, reliable, and proactive approach
-A team player with good communication skills
-Some experience in a nursery or childcare setting is beneficial, but not essential
