HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity, working with around 1,000 local people annually to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

About The Role

Are you motivated and passionate about making a difference in your community? Are you available on weekends on a rota basis? If so, we invite you to join our housing management team as a Housing Project Worker.
Requirements:
* Experience working within a person-centred accommodation service, including support for residents with complex needs.
* Skills in holistic assessment of needs, support, risk, and multi-agency casework planning.
* Organized, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic about working in a psychologically informed environment and creative in service delivery.
* Resilient and motivated by a dynamic, busy environment.
* Understanding of the regulatory and financial environment of accommodation-based support.
