Join Our Team as a Support Worker
Location:
Redhill, Surrey
Salary:
£12.60 per hour (£24,570 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
Contract:
Full-time, permanent.
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK manual driving license is desirable but not essential for this role.

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.
Who you will be supporting
We are expanding! You will support five individuals in a shared house, making a meaningful difference in their lives. Support will include helping people with autism, learning disabilities, physical conditions, behaviors that challenge, and visual impairments. This role offers opportunities for growth and learning, requiring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance.
Essential Criteria
You should demonstrate experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Autism
* Learning Disabilities
* Sight Loss
* Physical Disabilities
* Positive Behaviour Support

What will you be doing?
You will support individuals to achieve their goals through daily care, building relationships, empowering independence, and promoting social engagement. Your responsibilities include:
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Understanding individual needs and supporting them to live independently.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging exploration.
* Social Engagement: Facilitating participation in activities, holidays, and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring respectful and dignified treatment of individuals and their families.
