We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
Responsibilities
* Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
* Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
* Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
* Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management
* Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
* Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
* Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
* Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
* Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
* Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects
Fuel your Passion
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
* Looking for candidates with end to end Project Management experience in Subsea/ Oil and Gas/ Manufacturing sector
* Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS)
* Knowledge of subsea system integration
* Understanding of offshore HSE standards
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Experience with subsea control system suppliers
* Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification
* Experience in global organizations
