We're hiring a commercially driven Trade Sales Manager
to join our team at Plumbase Plymouth.
This role is all about relationships, results, and reputation - you'll work across a defined customer base to grow accounts, win new business, and support the site strategy.

What You'll Be Doing
· Developing customer accounts and reactivating underperforming sites
· Generating new business through trade contacts and local networking
· Managing key relationships and providing tailored customer support
· Delivering accurate quotes and negotiating pricing
· Supporting counter teams with product knowledge and pricing strategy
· Representing the brand at events, customer visits, and trade functions
· Collaborating with the Business Manager on sales performance and local opportunities
What We're Looking For
· Experience in merchant sales (plumbing, heating, or builders' merchant)
· Established local trade network and relationship-building skills
· Strong commercial instincts and negotiation confidence
· Proven ability to grow and manage a profitable customer base
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
· Full UK driving license (essential)
