Event Production Lead/Producer (Full Time, Permanent) Location: Norwich or Edinburgh with frequent travel We have a great opportunity for an experienced technically competent and creative Event Production Lead to join our outstanding brand experience agency delivering exceptional events and experiences to an exciting portfolio of clients. The role To be one of our Pb Event Production Leads you will have a proven track record in delivering exemplary, creative, and inspiring live, virtual and hybrid events to a wide range of clients within the UK and internationally. Ideally, we want to hear from individuals who have at least three years experiencing of delivering a wide range of corporate events and experiences with demonstratable knowledge and skills in event production management with an emphasis on sustainable event solutions. You will also possess a talent for messaging and creative content development. The role will be involved from the initial brief and pitch, through to delivery and everything in between to ensure that the client’s expectations are exceeded. The role demands exemplary end to end project management skills including managing, project scope and timelines. An Event Production Lead requires exceptional attention to detail and high levels of client contact so good client relationship skills are a pre-requisite. Technically competent you will lead our clients through all aspects of the event production process demonstrating your knowledge of live, hybrid and virtual event production including show calling, streaming platforms, broadcast, and studio environments. Key responsibilities Creatively interpret client briefs from inception to delivery for event solutions that meet client outcomes and champion sustainability Researching and identifying the most appropriate virtual platform, hybrid solution or live event environment required to meet event budget and objective Facilitate the flow of information throughout the project both internally and externally with key stakeholders Creation and management of show content with internal creative, digital, and technical production teams. Project management including budget ownership, content, and agendas, developing, and managing timelines, status, reports etc On project delivery day fully manage all aspects of the event onsite, including the management of clients, speakers, and crew to ensure successful delivery of the project Participation in the pitch and tender process including presenting to clients Responsible for the final closure of events by providing the finance teams with the means to raise the final invoice i.e., Purchase orders/expenses Co-ordinating post event internal review meetings and client debriefs To identify and generate new business opportunities with existing and new clients The person Excellent overall event production knowledge, including show calling, graphic operation and experience in resolving technical and staging production issues Client focused with a desire to deliver exceptional service Proven track record of producing and delivering complex corporate live, hybrid and virtual events Technically competent with virtual event production processes vMix call, Zoom, MS Teams, etc Excellent project management ability and confident working to deadlines and on managing multiple projects Technical ‘know how’ and experience in Broadcasting, Streaming and Green Screen studio set ups is desirable Creative, innovative, and professional approach A flexible and calm attitude to react to change as it happens Flexibility to attend other locations sometimes at short notice to deliver projects on site within the UK and internationally Travel will form a part of this role when there is a need to support projects on site at venues or undertake site visits. You will need to be independently mobile with a full driving licence. Flexibility with working hours is also desirable as there will be occasions when projects will be delivered during evenings/weekends.
