Mobile Plant Engineer – Field ServiceLocation:Remote – Opportunities across the UKHours:Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (42.5 hours/week)Pay:Door-to-door | £40,000 – £44,500 Basic | £60,000 – £70,000 OTEJoin a Market-Leading Main Dealership GroupA well-established and respected main dealer is seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to join their expanding team across multiple UK locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a professional and well-supported engineering environment, working on some of the most reliable and advanced plant machinery in the industry.The Role:
* Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of construction and plant equipment
* Diagnose faults across hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems
* Perform breakdown and planned maintenance at customer sites
* Utilise diagnostic tools and create digital service reports
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Package & Benefits:
* £40,000 – £44,500 Basic salary
* £60,000 – £70,000 OTE (with door-to-door pay and enhanced overtime rates)

Requirements:Essential:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Qualifications or Time-served experience as a Field Service or Mobile Plant Engineer
* Solid understanding of modern hydraulics, diesel engines, and diagnostics
* Ability to work independently and manage customer expectations on-site
Preferred:
* Background with OEM/dealership equipment
* Quarry or heavy earthmoving experience desirable
* CSCS / IPAF / Quarry Passport
