Wood is seeking an experienced Tank Welder to join our team at Wood. As a Tank Welder, you'll play a vital role in our projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the fabrication and maintenance of storage tanks for our clients in the energy sector.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Valid welding certification
2. NVQ level 3 or Equivalent
3. CCSNG Safety Passport
4. Pass a Weld Test
5. Proficiency in multiple welding techniques, especially those relevant to tank construction
6. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
7. Strong understanding of welding safety practices and procedures
8. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
9. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions, be able to pass a medical
