What you’ll be doing: Supporting pupils with diverse learning, behavioural, and communication needs Helping to create safe, engaging, and structured classroom spaces Working 1:1 and in small groups to build confidence, independence, and social skills Contributing to a whole-school ethos built on patience, high expectations, and genuine care What we’re looking for: Experience in SEND settings or the drive to learn quickly on the job A calm, consistent approach to behaviour and communication Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a strong team Extra training helps—especially Thrive, Team Teach, or equivalent-but it’s not a deal-breaker.
