Overview
An ambitious, Surrey based, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a team-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project sector experience.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside an Associate across an array of high-end/prime residential projects throughout London and the South - taking projects from the initial feasibility to final account.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be supported throughout by two Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and there is also a clear and defined pathway to Associate level.
Responsibilities
* Take projects from initial feasibility to final account.
* Work alongside an Associate across high-end/prime residential projects throughout London and the South.
* Be supported by two Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
* Follow a clear and defined pathway to Associate level.
Qualifications
* MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
* Experience within a PQS / Construction Consultancy
* Residential / high-end residential project experience
* Good pre and post contract experience
* Client facing
* Team player
* Comfortable managing your own projects from inception to completion
