Your role
* Work as part of a supportive team to enrich the lives of our residents
* Provide personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Encourage and join in with leisure and social activities
* Show kindness and respect to residents, families and colleagues every day
* Enjoy working as part of a team to create a happy home
* No experience needed – we’ll give you all the training and support you need
* Communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
* Bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine care for older people
