About the role: As part of the 4E Team, the Operational Excellence Lead will; Implement initiatives across Drax to deliver business value and embed a culture of continuous improvement. Work with members of the Leadership Team to agree initiative charters, outcomes, and communication approaches Utilise structured tools and approaches to coach and mentor teams and individuals, providing effective feedback Deliver initiatives which positively impact cost to serve, revenue growth and customer satisfaction Look for opportunities for continuous improvement in ways of working, effectively challenging current structures of people and processes Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have… A strong knowledge of process improvement and OE/Lean tools Experience of coaching, workshop planning and facilitation skills with the ability to build consensus and support decision making Strong communication and interpersonal skills, challenging confidently where necessary Confident with your ability to make effective presentations and communicate outcomes to teams and stakeholders A High energy and a creative problem-solving mind-set Rewards and benefits: As you help us to shape the future, we’ve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive and support your lifestyle.
