We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a team member you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our residents. Your main responsibility, will be to assist residents with their daily personal care needs, wellbeing and lifestyle choices.

Duties
* Provide personal care and assistance to residents
* Assist at meal times
* Assist with mobilising are the home and local community
* Collaborate with managers to develop and implement care plans
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
* Knowledge of first aid procedures is highly desirable
* Familiarity with care plans and case management is a plus
* Experience in care home settings is beneficial
Skills:
* Strong drive and motivation to help others
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Desired Qualifications, but not essential
- First aid certification
- Experience working in a care home environment
- Valid driver's license and experience driving for home care purposes
- IT skills and ability to document accurately

Pay: £13.20-£13.50 per hour
