Purpose of the Job
The role focuses on uncovering user needs, validating product concepts, and creating design solutions using Figma that align with business goals and user expectations. You will champion user needs across the organization by engaging directly with end users and client-facing teams through user research, usability testing, and hands‑on design work.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research aligned with product goals to inform feature development and prioritization.
* Lead independent research initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure user insights shape product direction.
* Partner with Business Analysts and customer‑facing teams to translate user insights into actionable requirements.
* Plan and execute usability testing to evaluate product concepts, prototypes, and features.
* Use Figma to design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that reflect research insights and support product development.
* Iterate on designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
* Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that support product decisions.
* Present research outcomes and design solutions to cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with user needs.
* Support the refinement of product hypotheses through evidence‑based research and design.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of research and design practices within product teams.
* Own the development of user personas, journey maps, and experience strategies to guide long‑term product evolution.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
* Familiarity with quantitative techniques for validating user behavior and preferences.
* Experience working in cross‑functional environments with direct access to end users and client‑facing teams.
* Strong communication skills for presenting insights and influencing product direction.
* Understanding of user‑centered design principles and product development cycles.
* Advanced proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
* Ability to translate user insights into product requirements, user stories, and design solutions.
