We are recruiting a Telesales / Sales Support Executive to support the sales team of a growing freight forwarding and logistics company. This role focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and sales pipeline support, helping to generate and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to qualify and verify sales leads.
* Assess customer logistics requirements and identify sales opportunities.
* Accurately update CRM systems and assign qualified leads to the sales team.
* Generate new leads through outbound calling campaigns.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
* Meet agreed KPIs including call volumes, lead conversion rates, and qualification cycle times.
Candidate Profile:
* Previous telesales, telemarketing, or call‑centre experience preferred.
* Junior candidates with telesales experience are encouraged to apply.
* Confident communicator with a proactive and professional telephone manner.
* Well organised with strong attention to detail.
